News: ID Theft Legislation - Judd Gregg and Dianne Feinstein

Judd Gregg (R-NH) and Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) are working together on a legislation to fight identity theft. The new bill will prohibit selling and displaying social security numbers without the owner's consent.
