News: Two Arrested in W. Va for ID Theft

Bryan William Hoffman, 19, from Ohio and Teddy Dean Davis, 24, from Oklahoma pleaded guilty to identity theft, mail fraud and using the stolen information to obtain credit cards. According to prosecutors Davis and Hoffman stole mail from residents of Tennessee, West Virginia, Arkansas and Kentucky and then checked into a motel in Beckley.
