News: Wilmington Woman and Her Accomplice Arrested for ID Fraud

Marki Bell of Wilmington was arrested on charges of using stolen IDs to purchase retail goods and gift cards worth $9,000. Her accomplice also used fake information to fraudulently obtain credit cards and bought merchandise at Sears store in the Concord Mall.
