Dozens Victimized Across U.S.

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - It's a major scam affecting dozens of victims from all over the U.S., and police say it started in Louisville. After a 2-year investigation, detectives are now asking for the public's help to find the last two suspects. WAVE 3's Scott Harvey has more on how these alleged crooks were able to get away with thousands.

Police say this is a case of identity theft that would be nearly impossible to prevent, and involves a group of four people who defrauded credit card customers and big name retailers for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Read more.
